The GRAND PALLADIUM JAMAICA RESORT & SPA consists of a total of 540 rooms distributed in 15 villas of three levels each with 6 Suites and 30 Jr. Suites per villa.
What is the difference between the rooms?
All Junior Suites contain two double beds or a King-sized, Water Closet, double Jacuzzi, large marble shower, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bath amenities, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini-bar, flat screenTV (satellite), phone, electric safe box, hair dryer, facilities for tea and coffee, iron, iron board, sofa bed, alarm clock with I Pod dock, balcony or terrace. One Bedroom Suites contain King-sized bed and the same amenities of the Jr. Suites with an additional spacious living room and large flat screen TV. The Romance Suites of Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa are Adults Only have the same amenities as the Junior Suites with an ocean view, private entrance and a wide terrace with wooden chaise lounges and an attached outdoor walled in "Jamaican" shower similar to the Mayan Shower in Mexico.
Are there any non-smoking rooms available?
At this point in time there is no designated 'non-smoking' room. If there is a request for a non-smoking room the necessary room conditioning will be done to ensure guest satisfaction.

Is it safe to use the ice and drink the tap water?

No. Shampoo, body soap gel, lotion, bar soap wash clothes & wash sponges along with a shower cap and razor kit are supplied.

No. The electricity is 110 volts. The outlets accept the standard three prong plugs used in Canada and the U.S. An extension cord is suggested since there are a limited number of free outlets.
Are there clotheslines, coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, and safes in the rooms?

Yes. 4 to 12 years of age, open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. with different activities according to ages. It is located next to the main pool with outside and inside areas, where it is possible to leave their children under supervision. It has a spacious lawn and everything necessary for the amusement and comfort of little ones. How many ala carte reservations will I get?
The Palladium is now using a pager system for the a la carte dining. All guests now have unlimited a la cartes. If you wish to dine at a particular restaurant you must check in with the manager at that restaurant. You will be informed at that time if there is a sitting available on that night. If there is not an immediate opening you will be given a pager. When a table becomes available your pager will beep and shine for 5 minutes. Your table will be held for 10 minutes and if you have not arrived within this time your table could be assigned to other guests. In order to receive your pager you will be required to leave your room key. In the case of a lost or damaged pager there will be a $100.00 charge assigned to your room.
How can I make my group dining reservation
Reservations are not necessary for dining in the a la carte restaurants but your group reservations can be taken care of by the Concierge department.
