Victor has been with the resort from when it opened in 1999. Fiesta purchased the resort in 2004 and Victor became an employee of the Palladium. He has a vast knowledge of tourism in the Puerto Vallarta area and because he is an employee of the Palladium he is not biased and will get you the best deal.
