Hi. Can you kindly provide a link so we can know exactly where you saw this on the PHG website? Thanks.

Re: Any November 2020 travelers?
Colonial has not reopened yet, just in case you weren't aware. You'll likely be upgraded to White Sand. Only White Sand and TRS Yucatan are opened at the moment.

Re: Any Updates?
I've heard things are really very quiet at the moment. I think according to some people who have been posting on FB, more might be traveling in the next few weeks. Restaurants continue to be open on a rotating basis. I know people there now have said there's entertainment nightly at White Sand...not...

Re: Suggestion re not being able to travel
I have actually done this via Western Union. It was very easy. I just had to provide WU with the person's name and address as is shown on their government ID. The money was available for them to pick up in just a couple hours. Doing it this way is private and between you and the person you want to g...

Re: Sofa beds
I slept on the one in White Sand before. It was fine except I had to ask for a duvet to lay down under the sheet to lay on top of. The person didn't seem to understand what I meant when I said a mattress topper, so they brought the duvet. Worked fine That made it much more comfy.

Re: Sunblock
The brand I used is called Maya Solar. I got it from one of the transportation companies I used but I think it's available on amazon.

Re: Sunblock
Hi Tony. Welcome! Although "reef safe" sunblock is by far a better choice for the environment, the resort itself doesn't insist on it, but some of the water-type parks do. And these parks can be strict of what type they will allow, so if you're planning to go to a specific one, I suggest you researc...

Re: TRS - room mini bar
I've not really had personal experience at any of the TRS locations other than RM, but I believe it would be a similar process.

Re: Lobster only at Helios?
Thanks Kenia. I don't think everyone took notice of Celia's invitation to reach out to her if they had an menu issue. I love shrimp - always look forward to getting them! Love the Garlic Shrimp at El Gaucho and many times I've even found some breaded ones at La Dalia. Delicious!

Re: TRS - room mini bar
As far as as know a single person can book a TRS room, but would have to pay whatever they charge for a single supplement as the room rates are based on double occupancy. The cost won't be half of what a couple pays and the single supplement results usually in the solo guest paying a lot more than i...

Re: TRS upgrade
I guess a better choice, as it turns out, would have been to move to White Sand. The rooms are lovely there and not as pricey an upgrade as TRS. I don't know when they're scheduled to do an upgrade on Kantenah and Colonial, but hopefully it's in the near future. I do agree the rooms, at least some o...

Re: TRS upgrade
Sorry your room was bad in Colonial. We take your word for it. You did get quite an upgrade though if they bumped you up to TRS.

Re: TRS upgrade
I love TRS and find it worth it, but everyone will have their own take on it. You don't say what section you were originally staying in. Kantenah is next in line for room updates, and I'm sure they do need it.

Re: Lobster only at Helios?
Kino - you're obviously quite distressed about these particular dishes, but it's something that hasn't even happened yet. I'm not sure how to respond at this point because you've made so many posts about it on various forums and had so many responses. I'm not sure what's left to say. Nobody can prom...
