Ok, let's see if I can break this down for you all....(it's late and maybe too much cocktail practice for the El Jarra bar....?)
:51:

Normally, any Canadian that goes south (especially for an extended amount of time) is known as Snowbird which may have come about due to the song first performed by Anne Murray (written by Gene MacLellan) way back in 1970.
Think of it as birds flying south for the winter to escape the snows in the Great White North.

Now, as we are from Canada and partly trying to avoid the snow, but more so seeking the sun, it seemed to be a convenient mashup. That being said, it's also a play on the family name which is Crowe. (Yes, same as Russell, my third cousin, twice removed)

So there ya go. I think it's rather fitting, yes?
Ticker Time is now done. Need to ponder when the next one can begin..... ;-)
Our Box Score so far...
# 1 - March 2017 - Royal Suites Yucatan
# 2 - ? 2018 - Royal Suites somewhere

I don't like toasting and I occasionally eat toast. But my online name came from a favorite cartoon character named Powdered Toast Man from Ren and Stimpy. Ever since then, I 've had that online name I use for over 20 years. Pretty random. (maybe I can make a special luchador mask?? :46: )
