Palladium Fund for workers, liquidations

When the shutdown first started, I thought there was a fund created for donations that were going to be distributed to the Palladium workers. Does anyone know if this actually occurred?

I have heard of some workers being "liquidated". Is this the equivalent of being laid off, or losing their job entirely?

Any insight would be helpful and much appreciated!
