Any Planned work?

Post by keith0509 » Tue Jan 01, 2019 12:13 pm

Is there any planned work or renovations for 2019 and if so where and when?
Thanks.

Nothing at I have seen in print. However, every summer and early fall they have renos going on. My guess would be the TRS or Bavaro sections because Punta Cana and Palace have recently had renos done. Most likely the renos will be "facelifting" (painting etc)

So if we were looking at going late June to early July we should be clear of any work?

No, that is when work would be done if any is scheduled.

From my experience, Palladium never announces when construction is going to take place. The resorts are so big with redundant services (pools, restaurants, theaters) that it has never really affected our stay and we usually travel in the Summer when they do most of their work. The only exception is when Riviera was converted TRS and the dump trucks using the walking paths was annoying.

I was at the TRS in 2010 when they first opened and I'm thinking about returning this June, has there been any face lifts since then, what to make sure rooms are not looking tired and dated. They were gorgeous when we were there and loved our swim-up rooms.
