Having just returned from our 7th trip to Grand Palladium Punta Cana, I feel a few things could be improved upon.

1. Coffee carafes at breakfast, as they have in Jamaica and Mexico.
2. Curtail the amount of soliciting for the Spa, as well as vendors on the beach and pool. It ruins the tranquility of the beach, especially the Royal Beach! It would be fine if they walked along the water and you could approach them if you were interested, but it seems like we were constantly being approached while relaxing. :17:

can we have a steak cooking guide as we find ordering a well done steak usually gets us a medium cooked one. A picture guide from rare through to well done would help non Spanish speaking guests to show the staff/chef how they would like their steak cooked. We have found that some staff do not always understand due to language barrier. Maybe number each stage of cooking for example 1.Rare 2.Medium rare 3.Medium... this way you state the number of the steak you want

Also it would be good to bring back the cards on tables saying “occupied/vacant” as there has been occasions where other guests have tried seating themselves at tables already occupied
