Menu for Kusko

Post by maplesugar » Sat Feb 03, 2018 12:11 pm

Hi everyone, I have reviewed the menu for La Paisana from the "Food and Beverages" section on this site. It looks wonderful, excited about new restaurants to visit. Going back in April for visit #11!! Any idea when we will be able to access the menu for Kusko? maple :2:

Hola Maple,

I have not received an opening date for the Kusko restaurant. The Palladium website still indicates it is "opening soon" and given that this is high season I cannot see them being much longer. So far the menu has not been posted. Often we have to wait for the first patrons to provide us with it. I have put a request in for more info. When I get more info I will post it.

Enjoy your visit in April. The new beach complex is great.

Here is a copy of the English menu. Hope you enjoy it once you get back to Paradise.

When two ancestral cultures combine, a new path opens.

Nikkei refers to all Japanese emigrants and their descendants.

But the most perfect and important communion between the cuisine brought by Japanese emigrants and

local cuisine took place in Peru.

This is why the term Nikkei cuisine is now used to refer to Peruvian-Japanese cuisine.

Our intention is to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for you each time you come to Kusko.

Enjoy your dinner!

Thank you minou for the Kusko menu! Looking forward to trying out the two new a la cartes ( Kusko and La Paisana) and the beach club, Helios. It is helpful to preview the menus so I can google dishes that I do not know beforehand. :58: maple

It is located in the Palace section where the old Rodizio (Brazilian) was. It is next to the Japanese.

I thought that there was a new Argentinean restaurant and it was in that location. Is there not a new Argentinean restaurant and if so, where is it?

Then I read that the Argentinian was at the old Hemmingway's, but I thought that it was the Brazilian restaurant that was at this location. Now I am confused. I liked how the Brazilian would cut the meat at the table.

La Paisan is an Argentina restaurant located in the old Hemmingways spot. Kusko is in the old Rodizio location. No Brazilian restaurants.
La Paisan was very good, we went twice during our 2 week stay
