Kentanah Jr Suite Jun 23-30

Post by mrsmomeil2 »

Hi All,
We just returned on Saturday. Another great stay for us. This is the 2nd time we've brought out kids, ages 6 and 4.

It's been 2 years since our last visit. It was nice to see that the beach bar area has been expanded to allow more seating. We ate lunch there every day. A lot easier with kids. As usual the food did not disappoint. Since we have kids the long ala carte dinners don't work well, but we were able to have our in laws watch our kids one night. We've never ever actually had to make reservations to eat at one of the restaurants. This is our 5th return and, and even before kids, we'd eat all week at the ala cartes for dinner with no reservations. In the past we noticed that most the other diners didn't plan to hit dinner until closer to 7p or even later. We were always ready to eat right when they opened (after a long day of beach drinking) so I guess that worked for us.

Our kids enjoyed the kids club two days (mostly our daughter who loved the craft time).

The seaweed is really bad. The worst day was our first day, but they had crews out every day hauling it away. That didn't stop us from swimming and enjoying the beach.
