Bad Experience With BD Travel

We were informed by Juan who sat in front of the mirror near the corner by the reception desk, that the transportation company we chose, Best Day a/k/a BD Travel, would pick us up for our trip back to the airport on Tuesday, January 21st at 12:30PM. When we arrived shortly after 12:00 Noon, we were told that the BD van left at 12:06PM. We had no choice but to pay $1,350.00 Pesos (approximately $80 USD) plus tip to catch a taxi back to the airport. After we got back to the United States we called BD Travel and were told to send them an email explaining our situation. We sent them an email and never got a response. Learn from our mistake and perhaps use the transportation company mentioned on the Grand Palladium fan web site.
