UPDATE! CANADIAN GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT COVID-19 TESTING INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Update from the Canadian Government with regards to the Covid test before entering Canada.

Yesterday, the Government of Canada announced a new exemption allowing a negative COVID-19 test result to be accepted within 96 hours (instead of 72 hours) from the time of scheduled departures for flights bound for Canada before January 14, 2021 from certain specific destinations. For current entry requirements, including the list of countries to which the exemption applies, please visit travel.gc.ca.

Mexico, Dominican Republic and Jamaica are on the list.
